Once you have purchased, please email me at info@lovemezay.com with your image of choice. If you have a few options you can send multiple photos and I will tell you which will work best.

A high quality illustration of your photo (in JPEG & PDF formats) will be emailed to you within 4 days of your purchase date. The illustration will be on a white background + a background color of your choice

This style is minimalistic and only includes eyebrows and lips (no other facial features). If clothing has complex patterns they will be simplified for the illustration.

This price includes up to 3 alterations, any further alterations will cost $5 per change.

Because this is a digital product there are no refunds or exchanges and all sales are final.
